artistic & organizational development consultant,
emergent curriculum developer,
full-spectrum birth worker
& food healing chef.

It is an honor to reach across coasts & colonial borders.

Community is an elixir for the heart. It is as naturally potent as this earth.
And the truth is, I would not be who I am without those who I have loved and learned along the way.
My work’s purpose is to be in collaboration with and to honor
my community, the earth & my ancestors.
I give all my gratitudes to my teachers, my guides & my comrades.
By the age of 17, my commitment to community & earth based systems was clear and I was fully immersed in grassroots community organizing, education and facilitation.
This is where I began to understand the power of the collective, the medicine of my voice and its role within the many creative pathways of liberation.

Graduating with a degree in Diasporic Studies and African History, with a concentration in Human Rights, I emerged from the academic world carrying a lineage of understanding of the historical pathways that have shaped our present. An education that rooted me in the clear truths of displacement, survival, and resistance that have birthed the conditions we are living inside of today.
After college, I developed and deepened my practices as an

Today, I consult for a variety of groups & spaces; from individual artists to production and/or community based projects to grassroots collectives to non-profit organizations.
I curate truth & skill-sharing spaces for community to gather within, collaborate with and harvest from.
I nurture collective, expressive spaces that are focused on honoring self-actualization, celebrating the agency of ourselves and the embodied creative practices of liberation.
I create functional, performance-based, process-centered art that remind the viewer of our relationship to our bodies, the earth, and our ancestors. And all the stories that hold them so intimately together.
I am forever expanding the creative bounds of my work.
